In a simulated exercise, postal personnel will deliver empty medicine bottles to 37,000 residences in St. Paul and elsewhere as part of “Operation Medicine Delivery” on Sunday, May 6.
The exercise will test the nation’s plan to use postal personnel to deliver emergency medications in the event of a large-scale airborne anthrax attack, the Minnesota Department of Health said.
MAPLEWOOD, Minn. — A Maplewood City Council member who emailed a picture of topless women to a reporter says the email was inadvertent, and that he meant to forward it to friends because he found it so shocking.
The email forwarded by Bob Cardinal was received by a St. Paul Pioneer Press reporter (http://bit.ly/Kll6yf ) Thursday evening.
The subject line was “Muslim’s.” An attachment showed a picture of four topless women under the heading “Walk Naked for America Day.”
An accompanying message encourages woman to walk outside naked because it’s a sin for Muslim men to see unrelated women nude. It says the effort would weed out neighborhood terrorists, and “patriotic men” should watch.
Cardinal says he disagrees with the content. He says he only forwarded it because he couldn’t believe what he saw.

Of the 10 commandments, the first one is perhaps the most controversial: “Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.” Many have taken it to be a license to cull the human population down to the specified number, and critics of the stones have called for them to be destroyed.
